Christine is currently exploring the abundance, distribution, and food web ecology of California alpine lake ecosystems in the Sierra Nevada. She is interested in what drives lake food web size, shape, and function across mountain landscapes, and in understanding these patterns occurring mountain ranges and global landscapes. You can usually find her backpacking throughout the Sierra Nevada, catching aquatic bugs and fishes!
