Accommodation options through TERC is available for short- and long-term TERC collaborators. In efforts to support collaborative research within the UC Davis community, this house is available to UC Davis staff, students, and TERC partners for a fee. This house is a small four bedroom and one bathroom house located in Tahoe City, CA directly next door to the Tahoe City Field Station and approximately 12 miles from the Tahoe Environmental Research Center. Current maximum occupancy is nine people and is subject to change based on campus guidelines. Please contact the Tahoe Facilities Manager for more information.
Nightly rates (per person):
Internal Recharge Rate for UC Davis-related collaborators: $21.00
External Recharge Rate for anyone outside of UC Davis: $28.00

- Your reservation requires an application as well as an activity description of the work you will be performing while staying at our facility.
- Once approved, you will receive and emailed reservation confirmation and any other necessary arrival information.
- Overnight housing reservations and cancellations must be received at least 48 BUSINESS HOURS prior to arrival.
- Please note that reservation forms, email, and phone cancellations received on weekends or holidays may not be processed until the following business day.
